Annual Fee - $300 per property
For the owner who doesn't require a personal greeting for their guests
Personal point of contact for your guests while in Whistler Resort
Concierge service for your guests
Includes 24 hour on call for emergencies - time spent on emergencies is billed at $25/hr 8am-midnight/$50/hr midnight - 8 am
Includes 24 hour phone contact for your guests to assist them while in resort
Includes 1 property inspection per month, upon request of owner
Receipt of delivery of goods for your property at our central front desk, the Deer Lodge at the Whistler Town Plaza
Additional Fee Based Services
Delivery of gift baskets and amenities to your property and/or guest
Additional property inspections over the included 12 per annum
Meet contractors at your property to obtain quotes or provide access to inspect for quotes
Delivery and placement of goods at your property for you
Special Project Management, such as renovations
Emergency housekeeping and maintenance services can be arranged and provided at cost plus 20%
Additional fee based services are billed at $25/hour, minimum 1 hour call to attend the property
