#Wilderness Ride Intermediate Tour
Experience the next step in adventure snowmobiling! On this tour, aimed at guests with some experience, you can progress into more exciting terrain and tighter trails. Explore frozen lakes or visit Whistler‚Äôs Ancient Cedar Forest. Guests should have some previous snowmobile, ATV or jet-ski experience.

##Before you ride‚Ä¶
Here in the Whistler backcountry they will bring you to places you would never be able to see. Our snowmobiles have automatic transmissions. A quick riding tutorial from your experienced guides will have you riding with confidence and answer any lingering questions.
– **Tours will run in all weather conditions unless it is unsafe.**
– **Please drive yourselves to our Cougar Mountain Base Camp for check in.**
– **You must be a minimum of 16 years old, have a valid driver‚Äôs license, and have a parent/guardian to sign your waiver before driving a snowmobile.**
##All tours are fully guided by professionally trained guides.
##For your Protection
Children must be 4‚Äô tall (122 cm) and fit a D.O.T. helmet to ride. You must wear one of our Department of Transportation (DOT) certified and regularly inspected helmets. D.O.T. certified helmets meet or exceed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218, the legal requirement for a helmet to be used on public roads. Personal helmets are not permitted.

On our tours, the ratio of guide to guest is one to five.
