Membership Services & Fees

Website Administration Service | Exclusive Home Inspection Service for Absentee Owners | Additional Fee Based Services
For the owner who expects maximum occupancies with minimum owner usage
Annual Fee – $1330 per property
In addition to WRS Standard Services Platinum Membership includes:
- 60 Guest check ins. $15 per guest check in over 60.
For the owner who wants to rent while still being able to personally enjoy their Whistler property.
Annual Fee – $760 per property
In addition to WRS Standard Services Gold Membership includes:
- 20 Guest check ins. $38 per guest check in over 20.
For the owner who isn’t wanting to actively pursue bookings and frequently enjoys their Whistler property.
Annual Fee – $430 per property
In addition to WRS Standard Services Silver Membership includes:
- 10 Guest check ins. $43 per guest check in over 10.
For the owner who requires casual front desk service, key services and an in resort contact
Annual Fee – $240 per property
In addition to WRS Standard Services, Bronze Membership includes:
- $48 per guest check in.

Add $100 one off set up fee (includes website setup, rating of unit and initial round of rate research) + $100/website over 3. NOTE: Allura setup not included in the 3 due to setup time and website requirements it is $50 extra for set up.
Annual Fee – $600 per annum plus 15% of revenue captured
Initial set up fee – $100 for time associated with additional services listed below
NOTE: The fee for the Website Administration Service is in addition to membership fees for chosen level of membership.
In addition to WRS Standard Services and chosen level of membership services, Website Administration includes:
- Set up and maintenance of up to three owner direct website(s). Each website functions differently; commission, setup and credit card fees can be discussed in detail prior to contract signing if applicable.
- Rating of unit standard and rate level.
- Setting and updating of rates based on regular rate research within the resort.
- Synching unit’s owner direct websites to ensure correct availability.
- All communication with potential and existing guests.
- Payment processing @3% credit card fee on reservation value
For the owner who requires on site personal meet and greet service for guests.
Annual Fee – $120 per property
In addition to WRS Standard Services, Exclusive Meet & Greet Membership includes:
- $100 per on site guest check in.
- Staging of house prior to guest arrival including delivery of concierge materials.
- On site guest check in; paperwork, obtaining credit card imprint if applicable, key handover.
- Personal tour of the property including explanation of specific instructions related to the property
For owners who use exclusively and do not rent.
$1440 annual fee per property
- One monthly property walk-through with completed home inspection form. $60 additional fee/hr beyond one hour.
- Consultation to develop a personal maintenance scheduled program for your home.
- Maintenance services at $60/hr or cost plus 20% on contracted work.
- Personal concierge for owners.
- Supply order and delivery to home at cost plus 20%
- 24 hour staff on call for emergencies. After hours additional rates may apply.
- Private consulting services at $60/hr regarding other aspects of your property investment.
- Delivery of gift baskets and amenities to property/guest.
- Property inspections.
- Meeting contractors at property for required work.
- Delivery and placement of goods at property for owner.
- Emergency housekeeping and maintenance service can be provided at cost plus 20%.
- Additional fee based services charged at $30 per hour, minimum one hour call to attend the property.
- Private consulting services regarding other aspects of your property investment are available.
- Front desk entering bookings into the extranet on behalf of owners – $20 per booking
- Collecting payment on behalf of owners – monthly fee of $30 and the charge for each transaction is a 5% credit card fee on the total amount processed. Monthly fee is only charged on months where there are payments to collect.
