All the restaurants are a close walk, so it’s a great way to explore the Village. If you’re looking for a great way to discover Whistler’s hidden gems, this is the food tour for you.

Along the way, your guide will enhance the experience with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler.

Guests will also collect a playing card at each venue with prizes for the best poker hands at the last stop (no experience necessary).

OPTIONAL DRINK PAIRING PACKAGE

We serve, at two restaurants, a 3oz glass of your choice between a red or white BC wine. The 3rd location is 2 x 5oz BC craft beer tasters and we finish with a 1oz glass of BC’s famous icewine at the last restaurant.

The $40.25 price includes all applicable taxes & gratuities which makes it great value for guests wishing to enjoy drinks with their dinner. For any additional wine or drinks, the guest can purchase directly from the restaurants.

Meeting Location – Whistler Public Library

We start the evening by meeting at the Whistler Public Library (4327 Main Street, Whistler – just off the village stroll across the road from the Delta Hotel entrance & El Furniture Restaurant).

Please feel free to wait on the couches in the first foyer area. Your Tour Guide will meet you there from either 4:30pm (winter tours) or 4:45pm (summer tours) for an overview of the tour alongside other tour guests!

STOP 1

Hunter Gather
Get ready to have your mouth water at our Hunter Gather stop where we serve a GRANT’S PLATTER (Family Style) with Pulled Pork, Slow Cooked Brisket, Vegan Falafel and Vegan BBQ Jackfruit with side of Pemberton smashed potatoes and side of wilted kale

Drink Pairing (if purchased): Paired with two 5oz BC craft beers, or one 5oz BC craft cider

Elements has one of the best fresh sheet menus in town. Chef Yumi serves delicious MARINATED TOFU BITES on a bed of crispy rice noodles, drizzled with a chili honey glaze, OR; SALMON TARTAR in a rice noodle cup

For the full main course, guests have the option between a RED WINE BRAISED SHORT RIB with rosemary burnt butter mashed potato, grilled broccolini, roasted carrots, topped with cabernet jus and root vegetable chips, OR; VEGAN RISOTTO with creamy vegan risotto with roasted vegetables, sunflower palm and herb oil, OR; KUTTERA SALMON (Oceanwise) on a roasted potato cake served with roasted red pepper, grilled asparagus, minted pea puree and basil pesto All 3 are fantastic choices created by Chef Rob!

STOP 4

Caramba!
Chef’s choice of seasonal dessert (eg. warm apple tart, tiramisu or cheesecake). Guests often kick back for coffee, tea, cocktails or a beer following the tour.
